Android on DEVAE
Android developers on DEVAE talk about Compose, architecture that survives a growing app, Play Console policies, background work and battery, and supporting the long tail of devices that iOS developers never have to think about. The hub overlaps with Kotlin and Flutter, so cross-posting with both tags reaches the right people. Rooms are the practical advantage: share the emulator or a physical device screen along with Logcat and debug together, which is far faster than trading stack traces in a thread.
The Android hub →Developers in Southampton
Southampton and the wider Solent area combine maritime and defence engineering with a university known for electronics, photonics and computer science research. Expect more simulation, signal processing and embedded work here than in comparable English cities, alongside the usual web and services employers.
