Elixir on DEVAE
Elixir members are usually building systems where concurrency and uptime matter: real-time features, messaging, telemetry pipelines and LiveView applications that replace a whole front-end stack. Threads cover OTP design, supervision trees, deployment and clustering, and the practical question of adopting Elixir inside a company that does not use it yet. The community is small and correspondingly high-signal — people answer in depth.
The Elixir hub →Developers in Peru
Peru's technology employment is concentrated almost entirely in Lima, across banking, retail, mining services and a growing nearshore sector. Engineering education is solid at the main universities, English proficiency varies, and remote contracts with United States clients are an increasingly common path.
The Peru hub →Pair on it, do not just post about it
Open a live room with voice, screen and terminal sharing and invite developers in Peru. Rooms are invite-only by default and free during the beta.
