Go on DEVAE
Go developers on DEVAE are mostly building infrastructure and back-end services: APIs, CLIs, workers, and the tooling around Kubernetes and cloud platforms. Threads tend to be about concurrency patterns, project layout, error handling conventions, and profiling. Rooms fit this hub well because a lot of Go debugging is terminal work — share it, run the benchmark or the race detector together, and fix the issue on the spot.
The Go hub →Developers in Liverpool
Liverpool's software scene is small relative to the city's size and concentrated in digital agencies, games, public health data and logistics around the port. Proximity to Manchester means many engineers treat the two cities as one labour market and commute or work hybrid across it.
