Kotlin on DEVAE
Kotlin on DEVAE covers both halves of the language's life: Android apps built with Jetpack Compose, and server-side work with Ktor or Spring. Multiplatform projects are a frequent topic, as are coroutines and the practical questions about structuring a codebase that mixes Kotlin with legacy Java. Rooms are useful for pairing on an emulator or a build problem, since you share the screen and the Gradle output rather than describing it.
The Kotlin hub →Developers in Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico operates under United States law and currency, so contracting and payments work the same way as on the mainland. Tax incentives have drawn remote workers and investors to the island, and most software employment is with mainland employers rather than local companies.
The Puerto Rico hub →Pair on it, do not just post about it
Open a live room with voice, screen and terminal sharing and invite developers in Puerto Rico. Rooms are invite-only by default and free during the beta.

Post what you're building with the Kotlin tag and the collaboration flag — it reaches Puerto Rico members first and shows up on the find-teammates page. You can also open a live room with screen and terminal sharing and invite people directly.
No. The location is just a filter. Members work with people across time zones every day; Puerto Rico simply makes it easier to find someone who shares your hours or wants to meet in person.
