Kotlin on DEVAE
Kotlin on DEVAE covers both halves of the language's life: Android apps built with Jetpack Compose, and server-side work with Ktor or Spring. Multiplatform projects are a frequent topic, as are coroutines and the practical questions about structuring a codebase that mixes Kotlin with legacy Java. Rooms are useful for pairing on an emulator or a build problem, since you share the screen and the Gradle output rather than describing it.
The Kotlin hub →Developers in Santiago
Santiago is the base for most of Chile's technology industry and for the regional offices of Latin American startups, with fintech and mining systems as recurring themes. Universidad de Chile and PUC produce strong engineers, and government startup programmes have brought a steady flow of foreign founders into the city.
