Next.js on DEVAE
Next.js questions on DEVAE tend to be architectural: App Router versus Pages, where a fetch should live, how caching and revalidation really behave, deploying outside Vercel, and keeping a monorepo sane. Because so many members ship SaaS products on Next.js, the hub doubles as a build-in-public feed — you will see landing pages, auth flows and billing integrations posted the day they go live, with the tradeoffs explained. DEVAE itself is a Next.js application, so the team hangs out here too and answers questions about the platform's own stack.
The Next.js hub →Developers in Porto Alegre
Porto Alegre's software industry grew out of UFRGS and the Tecnopuc park at PUCRS, with agricultural technology, logistics and financial systems as the main employers. The city has an unusually strong open-source and developer-event culture for its size, and a lot of senior engineers working remotely.
