The Unity hub is for people shipping games and interactive work: gameplay systems, physics, shaders and rendering pipelines, performance on mobile and older hardware, and the long tail of build and platform problems that only appear near release. Members include solo developers, small studios and developers from other fields who use Unity for simulation and visualisation. Rooms are particularly good here because so much of the work is visual — share the editor and the profiler and look at the same frame together rather than trading screenshots.

Mexico has become the largest nearshore engineering market for United States companies, helped by shared time zones, trade agreements and a big engineering-graduate pipeline in Guadalajara, Monterrey and Mexico City. Work is conducted in Spanish locally and English with clients, and both outsourcing firms and direct remote hires are common.
