Android on DEVAE
Android developers on DEVAE talk about Compose, architecture that survives a growing app, Play Console policies, background work and battery, and supporting the long tail of devices that iOS developers never have to think about. The hub overlaps with Kotlin and Flutter, so cross-posting with both tags reaches the right people. Rooms are the practical advantage: share the emulator or a physical device screen along with Logcat and debug together, which is far faster than trading stack traces in a thread.
The Android hub →Developers in Leeds
Leeds runs on financial and legal services, retail and a large concentration of NHS technology work, which makes health data and integration a common specialism here. The city is a practical base for engineers who want a northern cost base with frequent rail access to Manchester and London.
