Astro on DEVAE
Astro members are mostly building content-heavy sites where shipping less JavaScript is the whole point: documentation, marketing sites, blogs and storefronts. Threads cover the islands model and when hydration is actually worth it, content collections and type-safe frontmatter, mixing React or Svelte components inside Astro pages, and moving a site off a heavier framework without losing features. Because Astro projects are often solo or two-person efforts, the hub is a practical place to get a second opinion on structure before a rewrite.
