DEVAE's Chicago community is a free hub for developers in Chicago to meet, show what they're building, open live rooms to pair or debug, and find teammates nearby. Chicago's developer scene is large and often underestimated: trading firms and fintech, logistics, healthcare, agencies, and a growing set of startups, plus universities feeding all of them. Members from the city and the suburbs appear on this page with their stack and current project, and rooms let you pair or get feedback without crossing the city on a January night. Founders use the hub to find technical partners; engineers use it for side projects and to find people who work on the same problems in different industries.
