C and C++ on DEVAE
DEVAE's C and C++ community is a free space where C and C++ developers share what they're building, open live rooms to pair or debug, and find teammates. C and C++ members on DEVAE come from games, graphics, embedded systems, high-performance computing and the long tail of software that has to run close to the metal. Threads cover build systems, modern C++ features versus what a codebase can actually adopt, memory tooling, GPU work, and the interview questions that keep coming back. Rooms are good for exactly the problems that are painful to describe in text — a segfault that only reproduces with certain input, a CMake configuration that fails on one platform — because you share the terminal and the debugger. Students taking systems courses find people who have shipped real software here. If you are building an engine, a driver or a tool and want collaborators or reviewers, post with the cpp tag and the collaboration flag. Public threads are indexed and keep helping people who hit the same error.

Questions
Yes. This page is the C and C++ hub: it lists members who work with C and C++, their latest public posts, groups and open rooms. It is free to join and everything public here is visible without an account.
Post what you are working on with the C and C++ tag, or open a live room and share your screen and terminal. Members who follow the tag see it in their feed, and the matchmaking page can pair you with people by stack and time zone.
It covers the same need with a different shape: instead of an invite-only server where conversation disappears, C and C++ threads on DEVAE have public pages, profiles show real work, and rooms add voice, screen and terminal sharing.
Yes. DEVAE is free for individuals during the open beta — posts, rooms, profiles and the CLI included. Paid team features come later.
