Japan developer community
DEVAE's Japan community is a free hub for developers in Japan to meet, show what they're building, open live rooms and find teammates nearby.
Developers in Japan, by stack
Every stack has its own page for Japan. Members appear on them automatically once their profile lists the stack and the location.
Questions

Set Japan as your location, post what you're working on, and open or join a live room. Rooms are the quickest way to talk to someone nearby without waiting for the next meetup.
Use the find-teammates page or post with the collaboration flag and the city tag. Local members see it first, and matchmaking can pair you by stack, commitment and time zone.
